59 - Customer Service and Condemning The Church

In this episode, we share some great feedback that was presented to us (Mike more specifically)via email about the impression we are presuming to make upon our listeners. The email was thought provoking and worth spending some time on as it drastically illuminates either a problem we have and an opportunity to make a few things very clear.
